This week’s vlog covers developments at home and abroad. Martyn Day reflects on the principle that sovereignty rests with the people, and why any democratic change in Iran must ultimately come from the Iranian people themselves, not through foreign intervention.

Taken together, it’s another reminder that decisions affecting Scotland are too often taken elsewhere and without proper scrutiny and why the case for independence continues to grow.
