A Fresh Start with Independence

On the doorsteps, people talk every day about the pressures they are facing – from the cost of living to the strain on our NHS. The truth is that too many of these problems are made worse by decisions taken at Westminster.

The Scottish Government will always work hard to deliver for our communities with the powers we currently have – but they are no substitute for the full powers of independence.

Independence is not an abstract idea, it is the means to build a stronger economy, boost living standards, and properly fund our public services. It’s about giving Scotland the tools to tackle the challenges we face and to create a fairer, more prosperous nation.
