Westminster Fails Scotland: The Cost of Mismanagementeading the Way

Decisions taken at Westminster have made life more difficult for people, families, communities, and businesses across Scotland. The cost of living remains far too high, with families struggling to pay for food, energy bills, and everyday essentials.

These problems have been caused by years of austerity, a hard Brexit imposed on Scotland, and catastrophic economic mismanagement by successive UK Governments. Now, Labour is building on 14 years of Tory government by continuing policies that harm the UK economy and public services.

For far too many people, the UK economy is broken, and Westminster simply does not work for Scotland. It doesn’t have to be that way.
