Scotland’s First Home Fund

Applications are now open for Scotland’s First Home Fund.

The fund offers up to £10,000 to help first-time buyers get the keys to their first home.

It is open across Scotland, with no restrictions on the age or location of the property, and can be used for homes with a Home Report value of up to £300,000.
