Rail Fares Frozen From April

Your SNP Scottish Government is putting money back in your pocket by freezing rail fares from April.

Transport Cabinet Secretary Fiona Hyslop announced the one year freeze in a written answer to Holyrood. The boost for passengers, will include Season Tickets and Flexipass.

Speaking at Edinburgh Waverley station, First Minister John Swinney said: “I know the cost of living crisis is still hurting people across Scotland – and this government is determined to take action to support people wherever we can.”
