CHOOSE: Scotland’s Energy Wealth

This weeks vlog criticises the UK Government’s response to the energy crisis, arguing that the level of support being offered is wholly inadequate compared to the scale of rising bills, and highlights concerns that Scotland and other devolved nations are being excluded from key discussions on emergency measures.

Contrast this with Scotland’s growing renewable energy capacity, held back by decisions made at Westminster preventing lower energy costs from benefiting Scottish households.  Scotland’s energy wealth should be used to protect our own people, We need a fresh start with independence.

I’ve now submitted my nomination to stand as the SNP candidate for Falkirk East and Linlithgow on 7 May. This election is about securing strong local representation and making the case for an independent future where Scotland’s resources are used for Scotland’s people.
