Dear {name} Back to Business – and Back to Campaigning Both Westminster and the Scottish Parliament have returned to legislative business after the summer recess, and the political pace is already quickening. With the UK election now only eight months away, attention will increasingly turn to budgets, manifesto commitments, and the choices that will shape the years ahead. In Scotland, the SNP Government remains focused on tackling the cost of living, eradicating child poverty, supporting our NHS, and building a stronger, fairer economy. Yet all too often our priorities are constrained by decisions taken in Westminster – decisions that don’t always reflect the needs or wishes of the people of Scotland. That’s why the case for independence, and for Scotland controlling its own future, has never been clearer. Locally, in my campaign to be elected as the SNP candidate for Falkirk East and Linlithgow, we must match that sense of urgency. The next eight months are critical – not just for our movement, but for our communities. People deserve a strong local SNP voice who will stand up for them, fight for fairness, and deliver real change. That’s why I’m asking for your support – whether by contributing to my campaign crowdfunder https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/martyndaysnp26 or joining us for an exciting evening of politics, entertainment and fun at my Candidate Adoption Night fundraiser on Friday 14 November, from 7pm Tickets are £20 (including food), with special guests First Minister John Swinney - warch the website for further details being announced as performers and venue are confirmed. (Please note this is a revised date from what was originally being advertised) Together, we can build momentum, win Falkirk East and Linlithgow, and take Scotland forward. Yours for Scotland,
